The World Economic Forum predicted that machines will spend as much time on work-based tasks as human employees by 2025. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is coming to the workplace and it's about to change everything, including how human learns. A new era of automation will profoundly change everyday tasks in the office and in the field. Workers must adapt en masse by re-skilling for these new workloads, and it'll take new technology to help them do it at scale. AI-powered tools will play a key part in that process, identifying new areas of improvement and making individual learning recommendations. This webinar addresses several issues in the context before Covid-19, during and post Covid-19: Does that mean humans should be worried about machines taking their jobs? What are the future of jobs in 2021? Are we adaptable and resilient enough to ride out these coming changes? How to prepare ourselves for these new challenges? In this Webinar forum we are pleased to have a panel of three doyens in Future of Jobs, from Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and USA to share their first-hand experiences in sharing their experiences and the lessons learned on how their organisations through their leadership have emerged stronger due Covid-19 pandemic
